How to file a claim

Find a repair shop

Take your vehicle to any Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, Ram or FIAT® dealership for service. Your plan covers the cost of repairs, parts, and labor based on your plan level.

Get approval

Once you are at the dealership, tell them you have Mopar Vehicle Protection Extended or FlexCare Advantage coverage. The repair facility will contact the administrator’s claims office with a diagnosis and repair estimate for approval.

We pay the bill

When your repairs are done, you pay your deductible and any noncovered items and we pay the rest! No need for reimbursement.

Get back on the road

Once done you can drive away with peace of mind that your repair is complete and as long as you have Mopar Vehicle Protection Extended or FlexCare Advantage, you are covered if and when the next repair is needed.

Simply stated… you’re covered!
